"KATRUSIA" is a theatrical-dance presentation of the adventure of a blacksmith's spirited daughter in 17th century Ukraine. It takes you from a quaint Ukrainian village to a Tartar mercenary camp, a Sultan's comical harem, and ends with Shumka's famous "Hopak". Filmed during Shumka's 1995 Canadian Tour this video puts you in the best seat in the house giving you an intimate view to this outstanding performance.
